A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Chris Ristau is a Bay Area native, who above all, is a husband to Irma and the father of Alexandra and Adrian. Second, he is a REALTOR® and Loan officer. With an extensive background in sales and business management, he brings strong and effective negotiation skills to the table. He is our company “bulldog.” That being said, the values he holds closest to him are honesty and integrity. He has a caring nature, loves to have fun and is known for building friendships with his clients.
Professional Background: Chris worked for Sleep Train for ten years, running their highest grossing store in the country, producing an annual sales volume of $6.7M. He earned that position by leading his team to break numerous records while truly caring about helping people perfect their sleep. With a genuine care for both customers and employees, Chris was head of the Bay Area Employee Stock Ownership Program.
Role at E3: Founder, REALTOR®, Loan Officer. Chris thoroughly understands how rapidly technology is changing and strives to position our clients and company to be ahead of the game. He stays current on the tools available to our clients and our agents ensuring the best possible experience for both.
Future Goals: Chris will one day write a book about his life. It will say that he never got a high school diploma or college degree but chose the path of success! It will be a story that proves hard work combined with giving back and helping others will always lead to victory.

Favorite Space in a House: Backyard because it is a place to BBQ on the grill and entertains friends and family.
